I use evidenced based approaches and techniques in my practice and specialize in teletherapy and remote work. 

Education

I completed my undergraduate degree at Emory University, a Health Professions Program at Harvard University, and received a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology at Eastern Kentucky University.

Expertise

I specialize in working with minority, disenfranchised populations, adults living with the challenges of a serious and persistent mental health issues, as well as everyday stressors and counseling issues. Instilling hope, strength based, nonjudgmental approach, culturally competent with several populations, flexible and adaptable, achieving measurable outcomes, and the belief that recovery is possible.   I am currently licensed as a Professional Counselor in CA, GA, KY, and Ohio (pending), and Nationally Board Certified as a Professional Counselor, and as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Professional.
